Global partners programs
Connect international professionals or interns with U.S. organizations through pre-arranged programs lasting up to 18 months.CIP facilitates J1 visa sponsorship, provides orientation, and supports participants in their cross-cultural and educational journey.
International Residency Program
Place individual international professionals or interns in nonprofit, government, and business sectors across the U.S. for short-term training and internship programs ranging from 1 to 8 weeks.CIP Network offices ensure a challenging and rewarding experience, coordinating accommodations, cross-cultural activities, and professional networking events.
Building Bridges Program
Forge global connections with professionals or university students through short-term, theme-based exchanges in the U.S. Programs, lasting 1 to 3 weeks, address current global challenges and include lectures, meetings, and site visits.
This program is a group based program with a minimum of 3 participants.

Open World Programs
Engage in a Congressional Office of International Leadership focused on civil society themed programs.Participants are hosted in a network office located throughout the U.S. for week-long experience meeting with various organizations, networking with peers, and engaging with local hosts and community members.
Past programs, such as Museum Management, Education, Green Cities, Human Trafficking and Workforce Development, showcase our commitment to global progress.
Global Perspectives Program
